This is an original, 1968 Hot Wheels Super Charger Sprint set. It comes with a working Super Charger (tested, uses 2 D batteries, not included). It also has a SpeedBrake and Speedometer (both work). It comes with 27, two foot straight tracks, 4, 180 Hot Turns, S track, 2 clamps, 4 trestles, 2 red ramps, 24 purple connectors and the instructions, which are rolled up and a little crispy like the box.
