Original manual is included. It takes batteries to run which are not included. Everything that originally came with the set are included except the cars and a piece of cardboard that is missing from one of the signs. You get one extra piece: a spare flag that goes by the finish line with no extra sticker. It has to be put together to play with. Some minor plastic and sticker wear and tear.
