This set appears to be all there, there may be a flag missing though. I put it together and it looked all there but please see for yourself. ONE SLOT CAR HAS A BROKEN TAIL FIN BUT CAN EASILY BE GLUED BACK TOGETHER! THERE IS ALSO 1 CORNER TRACK THAT HAS A PIECE BROKEN OFF. NONE OF THESE THINGS EFFECT THIS FROM BEING ABLE TO BE USED. I put the track together and was able to get the cars to move, but they can be finicky. Please see photos for overall condition. I will not take a return for this item if you say the cars dont work. As stated above, they do work, but these kinds of tracks are tricky and need to be set up right in order for them to work well.
