Thanks for checking out my auctions. 32001 Knight Rider Cutoff Challenge HO slot car race track set. The set appears to be complete and doesn’t look to have been used very much. Only one of the stickers was removed and put on the track. It also has a pair of extra guide pins that are still sealed in the plastic bag. It has the original Knight 2000 and lighted semi. The cars run and still light up but the the pickups and track might need cleaned to really race. The box is not perfect but is in good condition for its age. Up for consideration is a 3/16 1950 Gilbert train set with the original box. With this train set comes 23 curved track, 18 straight track and 2 short straight tracks. One No 704 uncoupler in the original package. There are three cars- 1 caboose, one box car, and one cargo car and each comes with the original box and are in excellent condition. One reading 302 locomotive tender. One 25 watt transformer. One No 702A One pair of Remote control Track Switches with original box and instructions. There are also some old Gilbert inspection vouchers from 1950. This train set is in excellent condition. The cars and locomotive look like they had very little use if any at all. The transformer which I plugged in and it buzzes looks new with no scratches and I don’t even see any scratches on the bottom. This is an excellent set in great condition. Nice Older 1940’s Gilbert American Flyer Passenger Train Set, Loaded with Goodies, 3/16th Scale. Includes 6 Cars & 1 Engine, Transformer, Track, Controls and much more. All Items in Pictures Included. Great looking set from a collector’s estate sale. The set appeared to have been put away for a very long time and had some mildew from storage, we only gently wiped items down. We did not assemble the train and some of it appeared not to have been used (New Old Stock) and we wanted to leave it as we obtained it. The engine has some wear and the cars some age wear, but look pretty nice. We photographed from all angles to allow you to be able assess condition. We plugged in the Model 8B Transformer and it appeared to be operating as designed, but we did not hook up to components. We are not experts but this appears to be a complete and functional set with all the trimmings. We will itemize what we can below, but certainly will miss some details. All manuals and boxes shown in pictures are included. The boxes are marked Pat 1940, others 1947 and 1948 as best we can tell. New Haven Express #651 Green, Baggage Car, Non light. Most of the cars seem in pretty good shape with the #302 Engine perhaps having more use than others. Some of the internal plastic attachments in one Pullman Car have come loose in places and you can hear them if you shake the case. As noted, we did not assemble train to operate so not sure the lights in trains work, but assume they should. We do this often.
